Quality Controls
Nucleic acid quality is mandatory for all samples to be used for next generation sequencing and microarray applications. DNA and RNA quality controls by using Nanodrop 2000c, Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer, Agilent 4200 TapeStation and Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer are usually included in our sequencing and microarray services. In same case, were QC are not part of the functional genomics packages requested, but needed, they can be offered as an additional service.
